Widely used in the past in houses but also in the construction of bridge foundations, due to its high resistance to water, it is a wood with few marked veins, but with clearly visible knots. It has a warm but very natural color, for projects where you want to warm the environment with the presence of wood, without being too invasive.
The noble thickness is applied to a support in new fir, to stabilize its movement over time.
